This scenery in this back room is amazing-
ly realistic. The backdrop is a perfect sky
blue with green mountains jutting up into the
sky. Incredibly detailed cliffs stick up from
the layout, pressed in a thin line up against the
backdrop adding another layer of realism.
Trees and surrounding foliage are made up
from natural and artificial materials, some
painted to give them their uniqueness like View 36
white Birch trees, others are left in their natu-
ral state.
The tracks bend around the wall and travel
through the opening into the main room. But

the word “travel” hardly covers the conver-
sion into the main room via these lines. The
one closest to the wall cuts into the mountain
that reaches halfway up the wall and is cov-
ered in different shades and shapes of pine
trees and boulders. The inside track on the
outer segment runs through a stunning snow
shed built into the side of the same mountain.
These lines continue to run along the wall, the
one closest to the wall slightly elevated from
the lower ones as it heads over towards Lan- View 37 Snow Shed
non, nearest to the door where we first came
in.
