Bill was a founding member of NAPM
(North American Prototype Modelers), an
HO scale model railroading club with an in-
tricately detailed layout, located in Milwau-
kee, Wisconsin. The club’s permanent home
resides in a 5,000 sq. ft. area and boasts 26
scale miles of track, two thirds of which are a
double track mainline.
His pen and ink drawings are immaculate
and proportionate, his hand was steady and
