Section #14

As the lines coming into Section #14 from
the left, a street curves in from the backdrop
to run alongside the rails. To the left of the

green line is a Home Depot, the backside of
Jade restaurant, and a strip mall. Here the
green line switches off to a siding that runs
parallel to the green line and the street.
Across the street, facing out towards the
rails is another line of stores and shops, start-
ing with an Edward Jones Financial building, View 4 Photo by: Robert Simmons
an O’Reilly’s Auto Parts store, and a Wal-
mart. Across the street from the Walmart is a
large blue building with a long, odd shaped
parking lot.
Just past the Walmart, the siding line
crosses traffic and curves towards the back of
the section where there is a staging yard.
Each time the rails cross a street, there are ap-
propriate crossing signals installed. All of the
street lights on both of these sections are func-
tional. Obviously, Robert chose to model a
modern day timeline, roughly based in West-
